I went to Chuck Smith's Body Shop with a scratch on my new corolla. Found out from him it was just some paint from my garage, not a scratch! Very happy I stopped at the shop

Chuck Smith ordered a mirror to replace the damaged mirror on our '18 Suburu Forester and had trouble getting the cover from Dave Wright in Cedar Rapids, which isn't Chuck's fault. He put the new mirror on and said he'd call when the cover came in and my husband could drop by and have it put on. He gave us an estimate beforehand and we're satisfied with his service and transparent business dealings.

Were they looking for an honest estimate, or good we’re done to your car this is a great body shop. I have been able to get my windshield fixed, car fixtures fixed, down to a car that was totaled. Chuck Smith autobody is one of the most friendly and Customer service driven body shops open to. I appreciate how he does not cut corners, his staff is friendly and professional at all times.
